She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and prompt when replying to inquiries, but also a pleasant and kind person to deal with. We were hoping for a great rate and terms for the loan, which we received, but honestly weren't expecting the EXCEPTIONAL customer service we received (which far surpassed several "local lenders" we had dealt with prior to contacting Carrie and Homefinity). Careful. Communication is not good. When they did respond they would answer only half my questions were vague with the response they gave. Told me I'd need 5% down which was around $3500. Then a week before closing they told me I needed $9000+ thats 12%. James, Kyle and Ellen need a retraining. There's much better companies out there.
