Refinanced my mortgage through Homefinity. Start to finish, closed in 3 weeks. This included Christmas and New Year holidays. Better rates than other lenders.

Homefinity made the entire refinancing process easy. They kept me informed every step of the way.

Terrible service. Did a credit check for mortgage and verified all the documents, informed me a low interest rate and then never sent a pre-approval letter. Repeatedly sent reminders for a letter but didn’t get any response. If you were not interested then why did you do a hard pull and waste my time over the phone.

I am very happy with the service at Homefinity. I worked with Steven Schlingman and Kendra Gibson as lending agent and processor respectively. They were prompt, professional, and courteous in their communications. They resolved all issues quickly and showed nothing less than outstanding customer service. Most of my experiences with lenders in the past has been less than pleasant; however, these two changed my perception of the mortgage industry. I believe that the mortgage industry could use more people like these two. I believe the two of them should be training future mortgage professionals on how to keep the customer happy, supported, and engaged during the lending process! I will keep Homefinity in mind for future business if they continue to retain outstanding professionals like these two.

This is the second time I've refinanced with Homefinity and they were once again a pleasure to work with. We are an older couple with long experience with home mortgages and refinances, although this was our first with an online lender. Pleasantly surprised! Matt Evans and his Fairway Mortgage (Homefinity) team provided great support and guidance during a difficult VA refinance process. We particularly want to commend Matt for his prompt and clear responses when we had questions and for smoothing the way forward when there were delays in getting to closing. Katie Kain was also prompt and informative regarding paperwork submittals. The delays were mostly due to the local appraisals and underwriting, partly related to Covid, partly due to the inherent difficulties in dealing with the VA loan requirements, and partly due to our somewhat isolated rural location. Nevertheless, Matt and his team kept their commitments to loan rates and expenses in their initial disclosures, and we believe we got the best deal available at the time we started the process. The loan process went about as smoothly as possible given the circumstances. Thank you Matt and Fairway.

I highly recommend Homefinity and especially Joseph Nanna and his team. We had our offer for a condo accepted in early November 2021 and we needed a lender that we can work with immediately. I found about Homefinity on the internet and requested a quote. Joseph called me shortly afterwords. I explained to him our situation; basically that we need to close in 17 days. He was friendly, optimistic and honest. We were able to make the points vs APR decision within half an hour because he sent us a table listing all our options clearly. There were no inconvenient surprises in the closing costs. They were fine with the lawyer that we already had. Joseph's team (Taylor Conner and Laura Gronen) were very efficient and always available!
