Although Mike was nice to talk to and helpful, I had to resign and resend multiple documents multiple times over as if my stuff was getting lost, my closing date was missed 3 times due to miscalculations, my interest rate was a whole point higher at closing than originally told, and my monthly payments are roughly $500 more per month than originally expected. I didn't read BBB reviews until after it was too late. If you have the option to go somewhere else, I would consider it.

Working with Mike and Deliah was just simply phenomenal and super easy! Couldn’t have asked for a better team. Definitely will be coming back if I ever need to sell/buy. Highly recommend them!

This place is the worst. They have pushed me 2 weeks past the original closing date and have made my first time home buying experience horrible. They have continued to ask for paperwork they could have asked for all at one time and not communicated to me much of anything other than don't move money around. I put work into the home I'm trying to buy and now feel like all the work and money I have put into it is going down the drain.

Got preapprove then we had problems. Mike will respond pretty quick but Deliah won’t she say I have new for you later that day then you hear nothing then they said a week before closing I need a co-signer and then I send all of that and still hear nothing just there team is processing it recommend not going to online lenders just go to a local more likely I won’t get the dream home

Do not... Do not.. work with these people everything you are reading in the reviews is accurate. My title company even confirmed they dread dealing with Scott Ozark. He will initially promise you everything you ask for ..you will not hear back from him, you will need to reschedule final day signing at the title company likely more than twice, he will inconvenience everyone..the stress he adds to buying a home is completely uneccessary. The team will ask for multiple documents that you have already sent. There is no communication . Read the reviews people, pretty consistent.
