I was extremely nervous about this whole process because this was our first refinance. I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was a bit overwhelming in the beginning with gathering all of the requested documents. In all the process took a month. We are very happy with the outcome. Ryan and his team (Jordan, Tara and Wendy) were very helpful and responded to our emails and calls in a timely manner. We would definitely use their services in the future. Thank you.

We have refinanced numerous times over the past few years, and this was by far the fastest closing! From start to finish we closed in about 2 weeks! Don Griffin was great! He explained everything clearly and was very personable - He may be our favorite loan agent that we have worked with! Other loan agents tend to do their sales pitch, and then push you off on underwriting and you barely hear from them again, but Don was continuously checking in with us through the whole process. We will definitely be checking in with him again in the future For any home financing needs.My only complaint would be we were not very impressed with the competency or friendliness if Advantage Title, which was the title company used for this specific transaction, but there is always the option to use a different title company which we will take advantage of in the future.

Dan Cook at Homefinity was amazing as he helped me attain a mortgage for my first home. I was nervous to utilize a mortgage company that was fully online, but my experience with Dan was a thousand times better than any of my prior experiences with a few local banks. He went above and beyond to research loan products for me to make sure I was getting the lowest rate and fees/PMI possible. He was always available to answer my millions of questions and I felt that he genuinely had my best interest in mind. I closed on my home last week and I would recommend Dan to anyone looking in the process of buying a home!

We could tell right away, talking to her, that she was friendly, attentive and very committed to making the process work for us. Once we engaged, it just got better!
