Jon not only knows how to get things done, he knows how to execute! He is a GREAT communicator and he knows how to "drive" the process through the system. Homefinity has GREAT technology that makes uploading forms a breeze! I've recommended him and am working with him on a second deal already.

Just closed and it was easy and efficient and fast. Everyone involved was very responsive and professional. I would recommend Homefinity to anyone. 4 starts instead of 5 because there appraisal was not the best experience. I suspect it is not within direct control of Homefinity.

Getting approved for a home loan through Homefinity was a nightmare. Keep in mind I am single, have no children, no debt, no car payments and a steady job. Even that led to them requesting the same documents multiple times, over the course of two months. Every week was something new even after I expressed the burden this was placing on me. All this reached a breaking point when before the closing they messed up multiple numbers on my Closing Disclosure that I had to catch such as my property taxes being twice what they should have, missing a $5000 credit from the seller amongst others. I went back and forth with them on this multiple times prior to the final closing only to have it all come back during the FINAL CLOSING. That's right, they still had the numbers wrong on the final closing paperwork. I tried calling Homefinity and could not get ahold of anyone because they were at lunch. Finally got it resolved after two hours and this left a really bad taste in my mouth. Homefinity is the A-Team. Have fun dealing with these incompetent buffoons, they might just cost you your life's savings.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Steve Trautman and his team with HomeFinity for my mortgage refinance. Due to being really busy at work (and caring for a toddler at home), my availability to work on my tasks and ask my questions was mostly limited to nights and weekends. Steve and Adalee were always understanding and flexible, often talking to me at odd hours and always returning my emails in a timely fashion. They did everything they could to make the process as painless as possible for me. Steve actually talked to me multiple times over Thanksgiving weekend and locked in my rate that Sunday night! He and Adalee also worked with me and the title company to make sure I received credit for a tax payment that had not yet posted to the county auditor's website, saving me thousands in closing costs. I really appreciate the great service I received from Steve and his team, and I highly recommend them.
