If you're looking for a loan officer then do yourself a favor and ask for Tisha Kurth. She's hands down one of the best people I worked with through my entire home buying process. She was patient, and took the time to talk with me no matter what was going on or when I reached out to her. Dealing with her was more like working with a friend than a company. She provided in depth information and feedback that nobody else could. A++.

It was an amazing experience working with Don Griffin of Homefinity for my refinance. I have been exploring my options with several lenders during this time and I must tell that Don was the only one who really stood by goals and helped me with the right approach and plan. All other lenders were merely after the business and they had no patience to answer questions. Don had literally spent 90 mins during my first call to go over several options and had moved very quickly with my loan processing. As promised by Don, the entire loan processing start to finish took about 6 weeks especially with a Thanksgiving holiday week in it. I was provided with updates almost every other day at every step of the process and I really felt comfortable and happy that I chose Homefinity for my refinance option. I was very pleased with the whole mortgage process from application to close.. The closing fees were better than other lenders could offer and my loan officer, Angela, couldn't have been better. She was always available if I needed her and was very pleasant and friendly. I definitely recommend this company.

Experience was very good. For most part what I expected and Ty Sukalski was extremely helpful. The only two minor complaints were that I felt closing costs came in a little above expected (could be state differences) and rolling my HOA into my escrow - never had that occur before nor did I expect it.

In the process for an investment home loan. So far so good. I shopped 5 others, no one came close without paying a lot of buy down credits. Those that said they could match, were not willing to match the low rates. Let's see if they hold the rate and close without issues.

I worked with JT, Justin and Kim to refinance my house in my own name following my divorce. I cannot even begin to descrobe how easy of of process this was. Paul Berry was amazing to work with. This is the fourth home we have purchased and have had some very difficult dealings with other lenders in the past- sending messages that were ignored and having things drag on longer than they should have. Paul and his team were on top of everything! He quickly answered any and all of my questions and even through the holidays and a snow storm, we closed! Above and beyond all that, we got a great rate and our closing costs were lower than we anticipated. We felt Paul was really there for us and will definitely contact him when we purchase our next home.
