Delayed pre-approval for 4 days, very unwilling to understand the situation, and rate was low on website and jumped twice as much as other lenders in the past week. Suggest using a reputable bank you can trust.

When our original lender could not meet our close date target due to their inability to source an appraiser, we switched over to Homefinity. Matt Evans and his team immediately stepped in, worked with us to find a solution, and we were able to close within 30 days of the switch and meet our target date. I’ll be honest in that I was a little nervous in going with an out of state lender but I’m glad I did. From start to finish, Matt Squires made the process so smooth and easy. Communication was great and Matt and Colin was so responsive. No issues or concerns whatsoever in closing on my home. The added bonus is that I got a much lower rate than local lenders. If you’re worried about working with an out of state lender…dont!!! Go with Matt and the Homefinity team!!! They’ll take care of you, especially if your going with a VA loan.

When our original lender told us the lowest he could go was 6.1%, we knew we needed to look elsewhere. That when we found Troy online. He quoted us a rate nearly 1% point lower.
