TBH I was skeptical the first time I heard of Homefinity, I did a lot of research before refinancing a loan with them for the first time. The loan officer kept his word and gave me the best deal last two years. The process was smooth. We even signed the closing documents at my house. It was so convenient, and I was glad I went with them. When it was time to buy a new house outside my State, I didn’t hesitate to call upon them. It was when Christine McKanna picked up the phone. She immediately made me feel at home and explained the process eloquently (though I didn’t need it, it was reassuring). Christine was prompt, responsive, and professional in answering all my emails/texts/calls. She made sure I supplied all the needed documents on time for a timely closing. While Chritine’s service and interactions was impeccable, I am all about “the deal”. She was great in that department as well, the cost of the loan, and the interest rate were the best among three other lenders I was considering. The appraisal fee was just $50 higher than the other competitors, but the interest rate saved me $25,340 over the period of the loan. The other competitors couldn’t believe I got that great deal from Christine. I will definitely use them again. Don’t just take my word for it, just call her. I don’t normally give reviews, but I figured this may be helpful to someone.

I can't say enough good things about the experience we had purchasing a home with a mortgage from Homefinity. In all likelihood, if it hadn't been for Don Griffin and his team including Lori and Anna, we wouldn't be proud owners of the almost-new house we closed on last month. When our original financing plans fell through, Don worked tirelessly with us and internally at Homefinity to come up with an alternative that allowed the deal to go through. Throughout the entire process, Don and others at Homefinity were easy to get hold of and replied promptly to every question. The Homefinity website made supplying needed documents straightforward, and in a few cases, when I was away from my computer, they had the flexibility to accept forwarded files via email. They have the professionalism and processes of a large company, but the personal touch of the neighborhood banker you've known all your life. All that, and their rates are very competitive and fees reasonable. I really couldn't ask for anything more from a mortgage company, and in fact, in 30 years of buying houses and commercial real estate, working with Homefinity was the best loan experience I've ever had.
