I went there trying to make a transaction that I can normally make on my lunch hour, in and out normally. They were not that busy today, but it took almost a full hour because I would not let them scan my driver's license in their system. I have been banking there for years and I've never given my license other than them to check my ID, which I welcome. During covid, they backed me against the wall like a criminal and took my sweaty mask faced picture against my will, gave me no choice, now demanding that I give them my driver's license to scan in or they can't help me. This should be a personal preference allowing you to scan someones personal ID. If you need ID, you can ask for it and I prefer that you do ask for my ID incase someone comes in and my license is scanned in and the person helping them doesn't look carefully enough and gives my account information to someone or allows a withdrawal and it's not me. I'm not a fan of that and I don't appreciate my time being wasted today. The person that helped me was very pleasant and I believe she understood why I didn't agree with this, but it's wrong in my opinion to not give me a choice of relinquishing my personal id in your system. PS, you can see my ID, but it's going to be in my purse. I still had to give her my license number and expiration, which is 100 percent wrong. I felt a little bullied by the rule. My son has been hacked twice in the last little while also. I dont think you need to store confidential information such as that and my social should be truncated in your system as well and not for everyone's viewing. I was even asked for that information outloud today as well. Very violating In response to Family Trust. Apparently you can't read. I never refused my ID. I refused to let you scan it in your system. You can look at it in my hand all day. What happened to the ID's that you had stored in your system. Why are you asking for people's ID's again, because you have lost them in your system. .so no you're not getting my ID to lose.
