I have been dealing with Family Trust for as long as I’ve been banking and i have never came across an employee there that has been for his clients than Brandon Martin. In this day and age coming into the bank is not much of an option. To Brandon Martin it doesn’t matter because he’s going to be just as effective over the phone or through email. The man is literally THE MAN for Family Trust. Thank you my friend for all you do.
Called 3 times w trying to get an account open and then told to do it online. Tried to do it online but several glitches didn’t allow the account to get open. I did get a message that I needed to go to the branch because they needed to verify our identity. Went to the branch and first told they couldn’t help us and then said they needed both account holders to be present. Tried to call Brantley, the supervisor who had sent us an email, several times with no luck. Got a call back at the end of the day from her but too late to rectify the situation. Seven phone calls later we gave up on opening an account. Asking me to send you an email because of your poor customer service might be part of your problem.
