I never liked the idea of having to walk into a bank. I would've rather went through a drive thru, however the employee Rachel Sartain completely changed my mind!!!! I am so overjoyed seeing her every week! She's always so kind and extremely helpful! I'll never go to another family trust as long as Rachel is there! She definitely deserves a raise or a promotion! 10/10 customer service. She is the absolute best!!!!!!
