Very professional, great customer service, extremely thorough,fast turnaround time. Treated me very well and talked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions. The best warranty I ever heard of, that puts confidence in my trust in them. Great experience all around. Plus I got a car wash!!!!!!! Can't forget that part. Thanks for helping me when I needed it

I had a great experience at Silver Lake. I booked the appointment online-loved that. I did call to make sure they had a dropbox for my keys because I was dropping off my car the night before. After they looked at my car, they emailed me a full report on my vehicle, complete with pictures. I choose the immediate issues to fix and they had my vehicle done by the end of the day. Great overall experience.

The whole place is great, but Austin, the technician, went over and above, coming in early and working super hard to get my family our vehicle back! Would totally recommend & will be back!

I want to thank the Silver Lake Auto team. My son was in New Berlin as a student teacher, he hit a curb and blew a tire. We had no friends or family in the area that could assist. I was over an hour away so a called Sil er Lake Auto. They went above and beyond to get him back on the road very quickly. Thank you Thad and your team for everything. On a side note he did make it to his Interview on time.

Dane and Carson were very helpful with getting my car repaired within a few hours. The in-depth inspection report is always appreciated and they made sure to fix the important issues with my car while also staying within my budget.

Even though it had been a few years since I needed work done, their care and attention to detail is still unmatched! Shoutout to Dave, Jenny, and really, the whole staff! Silver Lake is the most Customer Service oriented place I’ve ever dealt with in the auto repair business! When I pulled in I saw that they had a courtesy car for overnight repairs, and offered to drive me home if I dropped my car off, or would just come to my house, get it and return it. That is unheard of these days. As a widower living alone, that makes the issue of coordinating a ride non-existent. They came to get my truck, performed the services needed, washed the truck and returned it the same day. It’s been a very long time since someone exceeded my expectations. I’m impressed. This is the type of business I want to see stay in New Berlin.

Recommend going here. I have a 2017 Ford Mustang. Needed 2 tires mounted for the rear and an alignment. When it came to alignment time there was things that needed repair. They were able to get all the parts in same day and get it done. Garret was super cool and helpful with communicating the process in which what was needed to get done. Got me a ride home and was able to get the car dropped off back at my place. Awesome team working here, made the whole experience easy.
