I feel like I paid a fair price for excellent service, probably less than I would have paid at the dealership. I had several maintenance issues taken care of and got four new tires. The shuttle service was really helpful and the driver, Doug, and the service manager Dane were very friendly and helpful.

Efficient, friendly and affordable. Absolute best service! Oh, and an added bonus, they do a full work up of my car everytime and send an electronic report of the workup to me everything. Helping me to stay in the loop with my car and make informed service decisions!

The folks at Silver Lake-New Berlin were friendly and polite. My car was diagnosed and serviced in a timely matter and I was kept apprised of the diagnostic and service steps along the way. The service was well done and the prices fair.

Over a year ago I had a unique set of reverse-mounting rims mounted with aggressive tires to my mid size truck. The tires and rims were expertly fitted to the truck and I have been very happy with them. Many places won't even touch rims of this type and quality due to risk of damaging them. Fast forward to present day and I notice a slow leak in of the aforementioned tires. I know Silver Lake and their team of technicians are capable of handling these unique rims and tires carefully so I call and ask what they can do. Not only were they able to fit me in same day but they took the truck in, found the leak quickly and patched the tire with no expense to me. They stand by their work, know their craft well and are customer-focused. Dane was particularly helpful and considerate to my situation. I'll be bringing my truck in for all tire and rim repairs going forward as they have earned my confidence through their action. As a bonus they have a very comfortable waiting room.

This was, by far, the best auto shop I've ever been to. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, they made the whole experience easy and convenient, and my car seems to be running better than ever. I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Having leased cars for many years and owning my Camry for 9 years, I was a bit surprised at the list of work that needed to be done, some items more urgent and others to be done in the near future. Dwayne exhibited such patience and kindness in explaining everything to me as I am not familiar with the mechanics of a car. He walked through all that needed to be done, why certain things should be done at the same time, and stages to complete the work. This was most helpful and greatly appreciated. The customer service was excellent as always and I certainly appreciated the ride back home while my car was being repaired, and the delivery of the car when the work was complete. I highly recommend this service center. Thank you to the entire !

Made an appointment for brake repairs and while the work was done and all is good, it was a bit frustrating that we didn't get our car back for 2 days! They had the wrong phone number...which was frustrating as we lost a day just in communication. But once given approval, we were quite frustrated that it wasn't' until 4:30 the NEXT DAY before my car was done! Caused us much inconvenience to be without the car for 2 days. I question why I needed an appointment? Brakes work tho!!

Everyone at Silver Lake Auto are great!!! 😊 They work with you and make sure you are taken cared off. In my last visit with them this past few days, Dane made sure they could duplicate the issue I had with my car and found the issue that may have caused the car not staying. I now find an auto repair shop I can trust. 😃👌
