The silver lake auto and tire center, fronting Robert has been extremely helpful to me. I highly recommend this to any one, especially those who are new to cars because they will send you detailed description with photos and videos with parts that needs replacement or fix. They also gave a free general check up and loan car which is absolutely awesome!

I was not familiar with Silver Lake, but due to location of car breakdown, had my car towed there.I was concerned I might get overcharged for poor work, which has happened before, but Robert and his crew did an excellent job doing major repairs on my car! He shopped around to get the best prices on parts, described what had happened to my car in a way I could understand, and gave me repair options. He kept me abreast of the process, and showed me all the faulty parts after they were removed. He had the car ready when promised and I paid a fair price. I couldn’t be happier! Silver Lake is expert at their work and charge fair prices.

I drove back to Wisconsin for a military funeral. Upon my arrival my transmission locked up and rendered my car undrivable. As a member of active duty military, I was pressed for time to get it fixed. Silver Lake Auto was able to diagnose the issue and repair it in 2 days and got me back on the road. They were professional, courteous, and very transparent. 10/10, would highly recommend.

Silver Lake did an awesome job. Completely inspected my vehicle providing pictures, notes, suggestions and price for each repair. I must say very good pricing. I will be going back and let everyone I know to go there for auto work.

Taylor and Robert are the hood ornament of this business. To say they BOTH go above and beyond my reasonable expectation is an understatement. I need more characters to explain why Silver Lake Auto is the best auto&tire center in a hundred mile radius.

Very happy with the service. Switched out rims on my 2022 corvette. Did a fantastic job and the price was fair.

Most impressed & satisfied with Silver Lake Auto. Had A/c repair and brake job done. Provided me chauffeur service to and from and even washed my car when done! Prices are reasonable and review of entire car gave me a short list of to dos and peace of mind knowing I have finally found an honest, reliable car repairer. Signed, a happy woman.

Austin was extremely helpful and understanding. He went above and beyond and even offered to drive me home when I had to scrap my car. He was personable, kind, and all the staff there were helpful and polite. They even gave me a large discount on a service i already agreed to, since it wasn't as complicated as they expected. They didn't want to charge me the entire price for it since they didn't do as much as they thought they would have to. This kind of thing shows real integrity, as they easily could have gotten away with charging me the full price and saying nothing. I got a detailed list of everything wrong with my vehicle, everything in good condition, and things that might need to be replaced soon. And nothing was done without speaking to me prior. Silver Lake Auto in New Berlin is a great shop. I'm new to the area and I won't be using anyone else from now on!

Found Silver Lake Auto & Tire with a Google search and I'm very glad I did. One of their 4 locations is near me. Silver Lake proved to be very professional, thorough and accommodating. I will be using them again for our daily drivers as well as any future needs on my project car. Austin provided a very detailed service request, inspection report and estimate before work was performed. Tony expertly performed all the work I requested on a 1960's vehicle, took the time to meet me and answered questions I had. Seth went above and beyond trying to source a difficult to find maintenance item and was very hospitable to my wife and I when we came to pick up our car. If you or anyone you know are looking for a reputable, knowledgeable and friendly auto service center, give Silver Lake Auto & Tire a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

This is by far the best auto shop I’ve ever been to! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. They walked me through certain issues with my car to make sure I understood what was going on. They didn’t try to sell me on anything other than what I came in for and treated me so nicely. They even made sure I still had transportation so I could make it to work on time! Austin and Seth were top notch and just lovely to work with. I will 100% be recommending this business to anyone that needs auto help. 10/10
