Silver Lake is the most Customer Service oriented place I’ve ever dealt with in the auto repair business! When I pulled in I saw that they had a courtesy car for overnight repairs, and offered to drive me home if I dropped my car off, or would just come to my house, get it and return it. That is unheard of these days. As a widower living alone, that makes the issue of coordinating a ride non-existent. They came to get my truck, performed the services needed, washed the truck and returned it the same day. It’s been a very long time since someone exceeded my expectations. I’m impressed. This is the type of business I want to see stay in New Berlin.
