I had a great experience at Silver Lake. I booked the appointment online-loved that. I did call to make sure they had a dropbox for my keys because I was dropping off my car the night before. After they looked at my car, they emailed me a full report on my vehicle, complete with pictures. I choose the immediate issues to fix and they had my vehicle done by the end of the day. Great overall experience.
