After many failed attempts to purchase a new home and an exceptionally horrendous experience with another real estate company, Jeff Cook Real Estate was recommended to me. It was an absolute pleasure and breeze working with Brett Cole! We were out of state during the home buying process and Brett was more than willing to go out of his way to conduct multiple virtual tours for us. Good company. However just wanted to look at listings to get idea of what we want for later (years later) , got contacted by 3 calls and 2 texts within 5 minutes of looking! Like WHOA calm down!! Let the customer contact you first!!! Being bombarded like that was very off putting and nerve wracking
