Brett was great to work with. He made an effort to understand exactly what I was looking for from the beginning and offered good advice throughout the process, eventually getting us to the closing table, even with a seemingly difficult buyer that constantly wanted to make changes to the deal.

Mr. Bateman made selling my old house and purchasing my new property a smooth and stress-free process, unlike other experiences with realtors that I have had in the past. David Bateman was my real estate agent that sold my condo in December 2022. My property was considered difficult to sell due to tenant damage.
