If the agent that drives a Grey Toyota advertising Jeff Cook real estate is as bad at real estate as they are driving, I’d advise you stay far away from this company. Driving around James Island without taking your eyes off your phone is utter carelessness. The old saying “the way we do something is the way we do everything” is quite relevant here. The blatant disregard for people *may* tell you what you need to know about how they conduct themselves day to day.
It was great working with David Bateman. He’s extremely knowledgeable and made a stressful process much less difficult. He sold our home in 4 days!

Barry Whitman at Jeff Cook Realty was the most detailed and accommodating realtor I have interfaced with. Every request was treated as important no matter how big or small. I had to request that several contractors be permitted into the condo to take measurements etc…and Barry accommodated me every time without question. Barry stayed on every detail right up to the closing and while I was too busy to do that myself. Even during challenging moments Barry was very professional and handled each incident with ease. Barry also followed up to see how the move went. I highly recommend Barry for your real estate needs. You will be very pleased with the outcome.

Our agent, Brett Cole, was great! He was super patient with us, as we had a somewhat unique experience. My mother passed away, so my husband and I decided moving into my parents home with my father, would be the appropriate move, since he was/is not coping well. He understood our situation and made the experience of selling our first ever home, that we were not ready to sell yet, a little easier. We truly appreciate all of the help he gave, and his wealth of knowledge in the Charleston area real estate market!

Kirk Miller was our real estate agent. He went above and beyond for us! He answered all of our numerous questions. If he didn’t know something, he researched it and found the answer for us. He was not pushy. Great experience thanks to him! I would highly recommend Kirk!
