My agent was Andrew Herring...Andrew was the best I ever dealt with. I started working with Andrew 18 months ago. I still had over a year left till I retired & Andrew was very informative,he never pushed or try to rush me on a sale. Andrew always had my best interest in mind. He keep me informed with homes for sale & when I visited the area he was there to show me the areas I was looking into. Jeff Cook is very lucky to have a realator like Andrew Herring working for him...honest, dependable, trustworthy & loyal. I have sent several of my friends to him and they stated the same....I now have my retirement home and loving it...Thank you Andrew for your patients & hard work.....Scott

The agent we had ( Jason Millard ) was very helpful in every way. He was there from the drywall inspection, walk through and the closing. We had several guestions throughout the process that Jason promptly looked into for us. Jason would return our calls even on the weekends. We were most impressed with how personal he made or client experience feel, even giving us a house warming gift at closing. How very thoughtful.
Jeff Cook Real Estate makes home buying and selling easy. Ann Armstead in particular is an amazing agent. She knows what she’s doing and keeps her clients interests at heart.
