Do not use this company. They do not have your best interest in mind. They just do what they have to, to make a sale. And first time home purchases like myself get screwed in the process. I would give zero stars if that was an option

Andrew Herring is a very manipulative agent. He made several promises to me about making sure he was always going to be in my corner. By the time my closing came around, he had backed me into a corner and I thought he was working for the buyers of my home. He was extremely condescending and patronizing. I would not recommend him, or Jeff Cook Realty to my worst enemy.

Jason Millard was our realtor from Jeff Cook real estate. We found him very professional and knowledgeable. He was with us through out the process of getting our home built, home purchase contract, home inspections and the closing. He also provided us with a very nice home warming gift. It was a great experience.
We worked with Jenny Hipp at Jeff Cook and had a great experience: she was always available to answer questions. Her eagerness to help and kind demeanor always helped during stressful moments. She showed us a ton of houses over a two day period, and we found exactly what we wanted!
The agent was professional and did his job well.
From the first conversation, Brett made me feel at ease with the home buying process. He was pleasure to have as my real estate agent. Brett never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. I would highly recommend him. Jeff Cook Real Estate is a transparent company that prides itself in satisfying customers and I am 100% satisfied.
