David Bateman was my real estate agent that sold my condo in December 2022. My property was considered difficult to sell due to tenant damage. David provided excellent references for painters, individuals that specialized in deep cleaning, and just overall guidance on how to make the most money selling my property. He has years of experience in real estate sales and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Bryson was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! I'm moving to South Carolina from out of state and was even worried that this was another fake real estate agency-but it is not! They've been doing this for 20 years and it shows that they are particular when hiring their staff. Bryson was above and beyond helpful! Great job hiring that gentleman!

Our realtor, Mike Rivera is a complete bulldog when it comes to buying and selling a house. He is so incredibly knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of the ever changing market. When it got stressful, Mike was always a phone call away, remained calm and fixed everything. Mike got us our forever home in the perfect neighborhood. He also managed to close on our old home and our new home the same day! Without a doubt we would recommend Mike Rivera to anyone that wants to sell and buy a home.
