They suck- why did Mr Cooper sell my loan to them? No mobile app and no one to answer customer service calls..?

Awful customer service. I've been trying to make my mortgage payment through billpay and it keeps getting returned and no one knows why.

I'm a realtor and I deal with a lot of mortgage companies. This one has one of the worst most hostile customer service reps I've seen. They aren't looking to help or give you answers. Said we were missing a payment even though our bank auto drafts to them every month. Got a late fee and paid what I'm pretty sure is an extra months payment. I'm still not sure what happened. Please be aware and on guard when you call them!

very rude customer service. They called me and asked me to verify my address and when I replied I didn't feel comfortable due to the numerous scams out there, they just hung up on me.

RoundPoint's servicing strategy is completely fraudulent. Their IVR prompts and contact channels do not provide basic mechanisms to self-service and then when their self-service methods inevitably fall short, their contact channels are architected to increase the probability you are unable to resolve your inquiry, whether that is making a payment or asking a simple question about assumable mortgages or how to get closing documents. Federal regulators such as the SEC and DOJ should look into RoundPoint's business processes to determine whether or not they are deliberately misleading customers to increase their bottom line, because in my experience, they are designed to confuse and mislead customers.

Mortgage was transferred from Mr Cooper—who was always very easy to deal with—to Roundpoint in April. It's been a nightmare so far. Such poor communication... I'm still getting mail after going paperless well over a month ago and it always arrives at LEAST 10 days after it's dated. And the website is horrible. It's impossible just to find a way to contact them when you need to! I'm logged into the website on which I've set up my account fully, but I have do to a Google search to find a freaking phone number to call. Ridiculous.

Hours, upon hours, upon hours, upon hours, upon hours, of dealing with incompentence at Roundpoint. Roundpoint was sold our loan.....they have no clue how to pay insurance out of our account....now resulting in an uninsured home. Roundpoint are the absoute worst. Please sell our loan back to United Wholesale or Mr. Cooper or anyone else. Zero stars for wasting my time with NO resolution, after a month The saga continues.....the worst

My experience so far has been extremely poor. Customer service agents are nice but the results are trash. Its been almost 90 days since I closed on the sale of my property and I still haven’t received my escrow refund check . I was told on 4 different occasions that a cancelled check was being processed and a new check would be issued. No cancellation has been requested and not one new check has been issued. Stopped payments and new issues don’t take this long. I was told “we didn’t have your new address” while being read my new address. So here I am being issued “another” stopped payment and new check. This company is TRASH and I wouldn’t recommend them.
