The representative that I spoke with really took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. She was wonderful.

The Rep was very helpful and patient. I tried to correct an error because two payments were Made in January.I was not successful today.

This has been the worst experience. I've been with them for 4 years and the service has gone down. I called customer service I was number 540 online. My home insurance has not been paid despite them escrowing. This is my 3rd call trying to get them to fix it. It took my 6 months to refi with them, despite them being the originator of the loan. Despite multiple calls to keep on the timeline they outlined they still couldn't get it together and I had to send the same document multiple times to different people. I promise if I get a better rate I'm going with another company ASAP.
