Thanks for processing electronic payment sent on Jan 3rd coincidently processed same day I wrote a bad review on 1/20/23, in time for February payment . Fortunately I was able to cover 2 months of mortgage. . For the next 3 months I will continue to review RoundPoint on . I have enrolled in autopay. Would like use a APP, instead of URL login.

Stay far, far away from this company!! My loan was sold to them and I sold my house December 29, 2022. I'm STILL waiting for my escrow refund. I'm TOLD it was mailed 1/24/23. It's been two weeks and I've seen nothing. It doesn't take TWO weeks to receive mail!!! And NOW they're telling me if I haven't received it after 30 DAYS, they will reissue my check. I just want my money back!!

Absolutely sucks they have charged us late fees on our mortgage even though we sent our payments out 3 weeks in advance they never deposited them till way after the due date than charge us $50. No possible way to reach their customer service just a recording says good bye.

My mortgage was recently transferred to RoundPoint. Without any customer support, I had to log into their website to make sure that my payments continue to be on time. You can navigate all through their website and you will not find their phone number or an email address. Their portal was extremely confusing, but, to make sure that my payments were not late, I went ahead and scheduled recurring payments, which was set up with the last lender. Not only did they charge me on February 9, they turned around in charge me again on February 10. The only way I finally found any contact information was from a Google search. It is oddly suspicious when people bury their contact information with the people who they are loaning money to. And when I called it was difficult to even get to the point where you could wait for a representative. And when I finally got there, I was told I was number 73 in line. I hate it when people transfer mortgages to companies that are so poorly run. I would never intentionally get a mortgage or refinance do a company like this. It is clear they do not want to offer customer service. And I have a strain suspicion that a lot of people are enjoying the saying headache, that I am with this double dipping..

I recently refinanced my house and Roundpoint bought it as soon as I closed. They are now trying to say I need flood insurance even though I am NOT in a flood zone and no other lender has ever required it. I literally live at the top of a hill about 800 feet above sea level. When I call them they give me the run around and say I need to get FEMA to send them a letter stating I am not in a flood zone. This is a SCAM as far as I am concerned. Round point mortgage is a crooked company. They are giving me 45 days to prove I am not in a flood zone and according to FEMA it could take up to 60 days for them to prove it to Roundpoint mortgage that I do not live in a flood zone.

It's off to a rocky start. Our loan servicing was sold to RoundPoint. Then received a letter of escrow shortage. I could make a lump sum shortage payment and keep my payment the same "x", or have the shortage included in my monthly payment which would cause my payment to increase "y". I opted to make the shortage payment in lump sum. My payment DID NOT stay the same as their letter stated, it is now "z" that is NOT indicated anywhere on the Escrow Analysis Statement. I talked with Anderson Mogollon, who was absolutely a pleasure to talk with. The letter is misleading and inaccurate. RoundPoint needs to be 100% transparent in their communication to their customers. So, no RoundPoint the issue was not cleared. In my mind, it is still an issue, but it is an issue that will not be resolved to my satisfaction.

Zero stars. Completely incompetent clown show. I'm forced to waste my time to get super basic things to happen like payments posted and applied correctly. Complete and utter incompetence. If your loan is sold to them (with no choice on your end of course), watch them very closely, they cannot be trusted. And by the way, stop it with the 'welcome to the roundpoint family', do you not understand what a family is? Who writes that stuff (quietly vomiting in my mouth).

Find another mortgage company if at all possible! RoundPoint has poor customer service and will continue to ask for paperwork long after you send it to them. RoundPoint auto-enrolls its customers into data sharing for marketing companies and the only way to un-enroll is to mail in a paper form which they provide neither envelope nor stamp. I did not choose this company for my mortgage as the prior company sold it to RoundPoint but the difference between the two has been night and day. RoundPoint, please be better now that I'm stuck with you.

My loan was transferred from Flagstar to Roundpoint this past November, and - so far, at least - my experience with Roundpoint has been awful. To start, their entire system is designed to discourage clients from contacting their customer service reps (i.e. their phone number is nowhere to be found on their website, and their automated VRU system is frustrating beyond belief and has clearly been designed to discourage clients from speaking with their CSR's.) And once you do manage to speak to a CSR, my few experiences have shown them to be unquestionably pleasant, but ultimately inarticulate and thus incredibly frustrating to deal with. All in all, I am exceedingly unhappy with Roundpoint. Flagstar was heads and shoulders above them.
