Kim worked hard to get all our paperwork and everything into our file super fast and did a great job of constantly communicating what we had and what we needed to finish our file and get it off for underwriting. This house buying experience was our fourth one. And it was easily the best and smoothest despite the details being challenging. Mike, and the whole team did a fantastic job. Mike, in particular, worked tirelessly and came to a creative solution for us that ended up working out extremely well! He knows the market like the back of his hand and has an endless array of options to find the best mortgage possible. He also thoroughly explained every detail (because I'm a "give me all the details" kind of gal!). There was an easy-to-use portal for documents, an online banking verification system, and there were excellent and informative videos to explain next steps at each point in the process. Additionally, Roberto, Kim, and Ronda were all super attentive and quickly available anytime I needed help. I would (and will!) definitely recommend OMG. I couldn't have asked for a better lender.
