If you are looking for a mortgage lender, I highly recommend Waterstone Mortgage - Mike David group!! I am a first time home buyer and these folks will help you get qualified quickly and painlessly! When I was initially filling out the application online, I had a question so I called the office and left a message. Mike David returned my call immediately and answered my questions. The very next day Roberto contacted me and set up a phone chat at my convenience. As soon as we hung up I had my approval letter to buy a home! If I could give this company 10 stars, I would!! Thank you Roberto, for all your help!!!

As a first-time homebuyer, I was very nervous about the whole process. While other companies just handed me a pre-approval letter and sent me on my way, Mike and his team took the time to explain the information in the letter and go over any questions or concerns that I had. They kept in contact during the house hunting search, and once I put an offer in, they made sure that I understand each step of the process up to and including closing. I felt very comfortable with his team, they responded quickly to questions and concerns, and I would definitely recommend them to any one searching for a home!

I have worked with Mike David and his team at Waterstone Mortgage on several occasions and it has been phenomenal each time. They were very personable and provided tremendous support throughout the process. They even made themselves available after business hours. They were never pushy and always offered solutions for any potential roadblocks. Overall, they made what could be a difficult process, an enjoyable one. My family and I are grateful for the experience. I would definitely recommend them!

What an amazing experience!! I will be recommending the Waterstone team to all of my friends and family. They cannot and will not be beat on rates, customer service, or their overall effort. Mike was always on top of things. He went above and beyond including taking the time to send an updated approval letter we needed last minute late on a Sunday night.
