Mike and his team were so amazing!!! Got the loan done easily when other mortgage companies didn't want to waste their time stating "there were challenges to be overcome first". Mike never saw those challenges, nor even mentioned them. They got to work quickly, kept me updated every step of the way (with a cool Youtube video from Mike that explains what happens next), in addition to weekly updates. I was treated so well from the beginning. Loan closed fast (could have closed faster if I had wanted to) and everyone on the team Roberto, Kim, Kendall, and Ronda were ALL so very organized and on top of everything. Very up to date technology with how they accept documentation, sign docs, etc. They work well with the realtors, title company, etc on the team and keep everyone informed. Mike and the team is who I trust and will return to for all lending needs in the future.

David and his team made the process very easy. We went for a FHA Loan, which are very tedious. They were able to provided weekly lists of things needed and great videos to help you preview the next step, so there were little to no surprises. Also, everyone was quick with answers to any questions. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone going through the mortgage process.

We were in the process of a refinance with the corporate company we have used for years when my husband met Kim. We immediately stopped the process with our original company and applied with Waterstone Mortgage Co. The process went so quick & smoothly it was unbelievable. We mainly dealt with Kristi but received emails from Mike weekly with videos that explained everything step by step. We were amazed how easy they made the process and always felt like we knew exactly what was happening. The closing process was done in a quick 20 minute visit. We saved a bunch of money by using Waterstone Mortgage Company. I plan to have my son apply with them when he purchases his first home this year. Definitely worth checking this company out. This is an awesome and vibrant company to work with. I purchased my first ever home though this mortgage company and they were very helpful throughout the entire process!
