From our very first interaction with Mike and his team, to even after we closed on our home loan, my expectations were exceeded time and time again. Their website made document uploading super simple. It was very easy to track my status on what needed to be done and what was the next step in the process. I work on line for a living and having a site that doesn't make sense or easily frustrates when you're using it, it sours the whole process - and that never happened once. I actually enjoyed the process. Mike and his team were always on top of every question I had - and I always have lots of questions :) They were all very patient with me and had an answer for everything. I would give you guys more than 5 stars if I could. I'm so glad you were recommended to me!! Thank you for getting us into our dream home!
