Wow! Mike and his team went above and beyond! We had quite a complex loan — multi family home, OHFA first time homebuyer program, required repairs that couldn’t be completed by closing…. We were over a month into another loan through a broker, when our appraiser dropped our property after 2 weeks of sitting on it!! We only had 2 weeks until our new close date when we switched to Mike, because as a direct lender he works with a smaller appraiser pool. His amazing team pulled it off in breakneck speed — appraisal, underwriting, OHFA and all! We even had to change the numbers last minute and he pulled the whole thing through underwriting again in record time!! Everyone was amazed, even the seller’s realtor, who wants to use his team for everything now. Mike and his team answered questions any time we reached out, even in the evenings when we didn’t expect it. They were extremely responsive, via call text and email. And they tirelessly researched the details of our loan, which were unusual as a single family that was converted to a duplex. They are the only reason we were able to close on time, and they made it a pleasure! I highly highly recommend!
