Very bad experience with this lender, I was ignored in the whole process, Tim and his worker Veronica never pick up my calls and for just to get approved for the loan was a total headache. The purchase of my new house was supposed to be one of the greatest moments of my life...I was left with no options at the last minute. I would not recommend them at all.

I didn’t know if this loan would ever go through because of their incompetence. They would ask for documents and then change what they wanted the next day and then again the next week. This went on for two months like this.

Everything was going great documents sent to underwriter until our scheduled zoom meeting to discuss different loan programs. A zoom meeting that I was the only one who attended. I texted both AA and Tim while waiting and I also included an email. AA Stephannie responded to my text 2 hours after our scheduled meeting. She didn't even offered to reschedule our meeting. It's almost two days and I have not been reached to reschedule or given a professional apology. I was looking forward to working with Tim Weldy for their Homes for Heroes as I am a healthcare provider. However, I was flabbergasted with their professionalism and even feel discriminated.

You are correct, I did inadvertently miss an appointment with you due to poor communication on my part. I am very sorry for that. I had an unexpected trip come up for personal reasons. I was flying at the time of my appointment and I communicated poorly with Stephannie, my assistant. I take pride in treating my clients very well no matter the client's race, color, national origin, sex, or religion. Some one was always available to answer any questions, whether it was Tim or another staff member. Great to work with. Will 100% recommend.

Tim and his assistant Maria went above and beyond for me. This was my first time ever buying a home and they were able to answer all my questions and help me step by step through the whole process. They made it so very easy and stress-free. They were personal, understanding of my needs and wants, and just an all-out pleasure to work with. If I ever decide to buy another home they will be the only people I ever use again. 10 out of 10
