As an Active Duty Marine, time is not always on my side because of mission requirements. My time is limited due to many vital responsibilities that I hold in my occupation as a service member. Therefore, my time with my family is very precious and I do not like sacrificing it. Mr. Bert Gent Jr, was phenomenal and his keen attention to detail and impeccable communication exceeded my expectations as my senior loan officer. He understood that my time was limited and he ensured to be available whenever I was. Even while being stationed overseas, he attended to my phone calls and text messages promptly. To any one who has bought a house understands that it can be a stressful process and it is even more so coming from overseas. However, he made it possible for me and my family to have a close knit team who expedited the process and ensured me and my family were taken care off. He is the person everyone wants on their team and only looked out for the very best for me and my family. I have already referred him to three other service members and I am eager to hear about their positive experiences as well. He also attended the day of our closing which made it more special as it was our first home. We need more people like him!
