The entire team at Supreme Lending (especially our direct contact Jenny) went above and beyond in our very unusual and lengthy home buying process. They were always available with almost instant responses to answer any questions or concerns we had. I highly recommend using Supreme as your local lending due to the acute attention to detail and wonderful care they provide which cannot be matched by the large lending companies.

Rich is absolutely amazing. He was super helpful in answering all our questions and even after we closed on our home. He will answer call and text no matter the hour of the day and work with you to the best of his ability to help make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend if you’re a first time home buyer!

I wasn’t taken seriously throughout the entire loan process. I consistently had to do every single follow up in terms of the loan. Granted, we had a lot of issues with the house we were wanting to purchase and it had to undergo repairs for several weeks. Regardless, I still had to initiate contact to check and see where the appraisal was at, when it was going to be scheduled, if the repairs were done, etc. none of the information was openly shared with me as soon as they were notified. I work in the financial industry, and the service that was provided here was not satisfactory. Anytime I need or get new information, I immediately contact my customers. So I found this process completely frustrating. Not to mention, it’s been 2-3 months and we still haven’t closed on the house or even had the appraisal. Please treat others as you would like to be treated in such a daunting process.

My husband and I went through Supreme Lending a couple of years ago to assist us in our home loan for our first home. Rich and his associates were very helpful through the whole process and kept checking in with us over the couple of years. We just recently refinanced through them a couple of months ago and we received the best service yet again! I recommend them 100%!

What a quick (Loan was ready to close in 3 weeks) and easy process this was. The Supreme lending team (Jenny, Tevis, Beth and Tina) answered every question the same day it was asked, including weekends and after hours. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with each step of the home buying process, going beyond just setting up my Loan. I would highly recommend Supreme Lending. There cannot be a better home buying experience. Thank you all again for being such an incredible team!!

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. We are scheduled to close on our house tomorrow. Tonight at 5:30 pm I got a series of calls from the loan officer and the underwriting assistant basically saying that they need more paperwork to approve the loan. The night before the day we close! They’re the ones that schedule the closing! We signed the final disclosure 3 days ago and I asked if everything was good and was consistently told that everything was good to go! Apparently it’s not and they don’t have the courtesy to let us know until the night before.
