The tires were fine, but here's my issue. We dropped the vehicle off at 8am around 1130 I got a call asking if we wanted to buy two more tires, we declined, I then asked if the car was done and I was told "No, not yet, we will call you when it's done" Cool. No problem. Well I never received another call so we went up there at 530, because they close at 6 supposedly...and not only was the car done, we saw it in the lot, and I got no call but they also closed early. So my husband was supposed to use the car tonight and now we will have to figure something else out for no reason other than no one could pick up a phone, and then they closed early. I don't like to be negative and complain but seriously? I took them at their word, because why would I think calling when it's ready would be an issue, next thing I know it's a little after 5 and I realize I still haven't received a phone call. Their posted hours say they are open until 6, when I made the appointment I was told they were open until 6, I get there around 530 to see the car DONE in the parking lot and they're closed. Talk about a situation that just rubs you the wrong way. Not cool Firestone.
Zero stars if I could. I got here during their posted hours, employees were obviously working in the garage but wouldn't answer the phone or acknowledge us outside. Front door was locked and the lights were off. Waited outside for 30 minutes before going somewhere else.

Walked in with a flat tire and no appointment. The tire was repaired and has not leaked since! Very accommodating and a quality repair!

I had made an appointment online for 5 pm. They called and said they only had 2 pm open today for me, so I left work. I came in here for a flat repair (slow leak), turns out there was a nail in it. I got there 10 minutes early and they took the car back. Not until 3:10 pm did they come out and say they hadn’t done any service on it yet. He explained that I needed an oil change too. So I said yes to both the tire repair and oil change. He comes back out half an hour later to tell me that one of my lugs is free spinning and that he could take it off but if it broke it would be $500 replacement. I told him to take it down because I wasn’t doing that. Another half hour goes by and he tells me my car is ready, and didn’t charge me for anything. I asked what about about the oil change? And he said he just didn’t do it. So at this point I spent 2 hours for them to be no help at all. The worst part of it all, is that I can hear the guys talking while I’m in the waiting room. They’re talking badly about other customers and how much work is going to have be put into their car and how they don’t want to break the news. Then I overhear them talking about my loose lug and he says “I’m going to have to go break this girls heart.” So unprofessional, awful customer service and all around would not recommend coming here for any services. A complete waste of time.
