I called yesterday for some service I got a diagnosis code for check engine light some a another auto mechanic I had the paperwork from the mechanic this the part I had to replace they said I had to get another diagnosis for $126.00 dollars
Made a simple oil change appointment for 9:30am and my car was still not in the garage after 45 minutes past my appointment time. When asked why it took so long, my response I received was the tech must be moving slower than usual this morning. Regardless of how slow someone is moving, appointment times should be respected. There was a reason I made an appointment and didn't just walk in.

I dropped off my vehicle yesterday and asked for a brake inspection. They told me “No problem” and said I would have an estimate by tomorrow (Sunday). When I called Sunday, I was told by the receptionist that “they have no record of my car being dropped off”. I was dumbstruck to say the least. I explained how I had dropped off my vehicle and gave my key to the person working yesterday and I had a receipt for a work order. The guy at firestone continued to claim that my vehicle wasn’t there and instead of doing any further search, he hung up on me. I am still in shock. This goes beyond poor customer service and into the realm of intentional maliciousness. I had to walk back to Firestone and thankfully I found my vehicle sitting in the parking lot, exactly where I left it yesterday. When I went inside to get my key, the guy offered no explanation or apology. Something horrible has happened to this company. One thing is clear though, Do NOT ever trust your vehicle with Firestone!

This place is a scam . I took a tire in to get fixed . I fully inspected the tire before bringing to them . They then informed me there was this big piece of metal in my tire. I asked where it was ,they said outside sidewall. It is completely visible. Where as to I seen nothing when I inspected. I told them I want to see the metal and tire . When I arrived to pick up my car. I asked where is the tire and metal . All of sudden they could not find it and said they lost it . Now keep in mind I just had 4 new tires put on 7 months prior to this . They lied to me and scammed me for a upsale. Be aware of this place .

Called a few days back and then said to bring the car in on Sunday at 9. So I did and the receptionist said they hadn't booked an appointment and it would take a week.

Very bad service. I paid $1700 dollar but problem was not fixed. I raised a complaint but no action taken, what I got is a free oil change coupon. Next time went to use that coupon for simple oil change, the same guy was at the front desk. He did not even book my appointment and send me back.
