Job done in a timely matter and the honesty given me about my repair

Very expensive and not trust worthy

I made an appointment online on Saturday for the next day and received an email saying that someone would confirm my appointment within the hour. After about two hours with no call I just called to confirm the appointment myself. The girl who answered was very polite and helped me get the appointment situated for Sunday. She confirmed my tires were in stock and also gave me a price estimate. When I arrived for my appointment the man working the desk, Will, was very nice and confirmed the appointment details with me. He let me know his technicians would be arriving shortly and I would have about a 2-3 hour wait. Will checked on my car and gave me updates several times during the process. I had originally come in for two tires and was told I needed three. There was no pressure to purchase additional tires but I did end up purchasing all four. He was back and forth several times from the work area to the waiting area and fielded a lot of people and phone calls. I watched him explain in depth, car issues to other customers and how they could go about fixing them. His customer service was top notch. After only about 1.5 hours I was told my car was ready to go. The technician (Anibal) was very quick even with several changes in the services I was receiving. I appreciate how efficient this entire process and the employees for being great. I will absolutely be returning for any future car issues.

Update: I received a call from the manager. His tone was very aggressive, and unprofessional. He did not once acknowledge any mistakes. He said they were not in business to upset customers so his advice to me is to call the shop before I go in to make sure they can do the services, or to just not go there anymore. I'm not sure why they have an online reservation if you have to call but either way I definitely will not be going back there. Rude customer service. I had an appointment for alignment and oil change and I took off of work to come in at the specified time. The front desk told me I was only on schedule for oil change, then when I showed my reservation email, he said they would do both. I asked to just do the alignment, and all of sudden they were able to do both. Front desk slammed the phone and was very rude. last time going to this location. will not recommend.

The facility is obviously understaffed.

Great customer service

I started going here about a year ago with my fleet vehicle. They have been great to work with. They work well with my fleet management company which I know can be frustrating at times, and they always communicate well and get the work done right and quickly. I'll definitely continue to use this location for all my vehicles.

Arrived and mentioned I had an appointment that I needed to make it to that started in one hour. Carmine the store manager assured me that the services I requested would be completed by then and they absolutely were with time to spare. In addition, the entire team was very friendly and helpful with all the questions that I had. Jordan specifically walked me through the details. Would definitely recommend this Firestone location!
