I owe these guys a good review. I have been taking my car here for a while now. they are so incredibly honest with you & are very very experienced and I whole heartedly trust them with my car. whenever I call to get my car in, they are really good about communicating on when they are available, which in my experience has been very quick. I really highly recommend these guys. I have never left disappointed. they will take good care of you. (I never leave reviews but honestly they deserve it)
buen servicio

Mar 24, 2024Hi Pamela, we checked our records and see that you nor you vehicle haven't been here or serviced here.
Went for an oil change for my Audi, and left with missing a cap, a missing dipstick and a towel left behind under the hood. Unfortunately it’s not even worth reaching out to management as the oil change and recommended brake flush had occurred back in April 2023. Composing this review in January 2024, as I’ve recently gone to International Auto for an oil change and all missing parts were discovered and the dirty rag was located within. Since April 2023 my brake light was on and I completely regret not looking under the hood and not calling to deal with the situation then. —— Update Review. Thank you for taking the time to reply to my review, alongside all other one star reviews. Unfortunately date range is not the point of the matter here, the work performed on my vehicle was a display of unprofessionalism. Considering the brake fluid cap and engine dipstick was displaced and a shop rag was left behind in the vehicle.

Mar 24, 2024Hi Sandra, we see the photo you have provided and this review is a bit of a conundrum as we also do not understand why you would not have reached out to us immediately instead of waiting for over a year. You state that you believe this occured after the vehicle was serviced however after reviewing your invoice it appears that your vehicle was serviced 1/20/23 however you state this issue began in April of 2023?
I'm a mechanic and I sent a customer there because he said he thought he needed to get a thermostat replaced (I was too busy) and if they would've diagnosed it first(by simply pouring coolant in it) they would've noticed he had a hole in the engine block where coolant was leaking from which was right behind the thermostat bracket..i understand you just doing your job but for someone to pay around $1500 and then to be told they may need a new engine later is just not right smh..a simple diagnostic test would saved the customer lots of money shame on you guys

Mar 24, 2024Hi Leon, we would like to add some context to this situation which may help you understand, as a technician. The vehicle arrived with a significant coolant leak that was coming from the thermostat/water pump weep hole area of the block. The customer was made aware of the leaking water pump and advised to replace this so the cooling system could be filled, pressurized and rechecked. It was at this point when the larger/initial leak was corrected the crack in the block was found (Due to the high dilution of the coolant it is believed the engine was filled with water due to the leaking water pump, froze and cracked the block (this visit actually ocurred in December). In a good faith gesture the authorized repair costs were offered to be discounted from the price of engine replacement. The customer declined replacing the engine and was subsequently charged for the work that was authorized and performed.
Went in to do a inspection on my CLS, customer service was great, seemed like a good place, got the car back, paid the inspection as I drove on on my dashboard marked my hood was open, I pulled over and it was, and the reason it was left open was because the engine cover wasn’t even put back on after inspection, causing the hood not to properly shut. That’s a very easy thing that could of been avoided, if they secured it properly and that could of also caused my hood to fly up while driving, will not go back, attention to detail is not there, if they can’t simply shut a hood right and install engine covers back on it makes me wonder if they could properly perform more complex things. I ended up having the work performed at a different euro shop

Apr 24, 2024We're very sorry to hear that happened Kevin. Mistakes do happen, however this is unacceptable to us and a word will be had with the technician. We understand that a first impression is the most important and matters like this are taken seriously amongst those of us in management.
Came in with my boyfriend for an appointment at 2. Some lady took pictures of the car and got in it for some reason, got out and had to get back in because she left her vape in the car, She was most likely vaping in the car, and her manly attitude she showed towards us at the end was unprofessional. Ended up waiting for 30-40 minutes, Then the mechanic ended up taking the car for a joyride when it wasn't needed at all, (Alignment). They said it was a gentle "test drive", but we witnessed the mechanic floor it and roughly pull out if the lot. We had heavy fragile stuff in the trunk, and when we checked to see it was okay, it was tossed around. It would not have been tossed around if it were a "gentle test drive". This was a joyride, and in the end they refused to do the service. (Most likely because they overheard our concern). As a woman, I don't know much about cars but even I could clearly see they treated the car poorly, and acted in an unprofessional manner. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Mar 24, 2024Hi Claudia, thanks for writing the review your visit here left a memorable impression on us and the rest of the staff. There's several issues with the recount of your review. Firstly your criticism of someone "taking pictures of the vehicle" is part of our check in/check out procedure that is performed on every vehicle that comes in for service. It is also interesting that you bring about the point of sexism however you call one of our female service advisors "Manly". We have a strict policy of no vaping/smoking/drinking/eating in customer vehicles, unfortunately at times peoples personal effects have fallen out of their pockets over the years. Yes, your boyfriends behavior is exactly why you were asked to leave as politely as possible. Your boyfriend scheduled an appointment for an alignment at 2PM, on arrival you were informed that we were currently experiencing a internet/system outage at the time which would prolong your wait time (Now we do understand and apologize for any inconveinces whether they are in our control or not). Prior to an alignment the vehicle is test driven this is done to check for a bias pull one direction or the other, check steering wheel straightness and if there is any other noticeable suspension/driving issues before the alignment is performed as a part of quality control to make sure you get the maximum result from your alignment. The technician began this test drive and at this time your boyfriend was having such an obnoxious temper tantrum in regards to the wait time and the tehcnician test driving your vehicle that it alarmed several staff members at the facility. Due to this extremely childish behavior we respectfully declined to service your vehicle as well as told you to leave in the nicest way possible at the time. The way your boyfriend behaved and conducted himself was completely ridiculous and unacceptable. It seems to be that you highly regard your vehicle which is great, most of us are automitive enthusiast ourselves. However having a tantrum and obsessive paranoia that people are joy riding your vehicle and "taking pictures" at a facility that services many high trim level European vehicles is ludacris and irrational. We also got a kick out of threatening us that you were going to petition local businesses for their CCTV footage to prove we were "Joyriding" your vehicle (Check the in and out mileage on your Invoice and see the accumulated "1 Mile" that can be confirmed with photos of the odometer at the time of check in and check out. Thank you for coming and once again, please don't come back.
