This place this a joke. I called and recieved an estimate for a tire made and a appt. I called the next day for an earlier appt , just to have someone call me back to cancel and reschedule. I arrived 30 mins early to drop my vehicle off, just to NOT recieve an updated call but was told after arriving to check on my car, that due to my vehicle being all wheel drive, they can't just sale one tire. I declined. I drove away with now my tired is making a grinding noise. And a course i called to let them know about the concern & no one to answered again. Oh what a Waste my time!!!! THEY SHOULDVE SAID This WHEN I ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR 1 TIRE.

We have had 3 flats in 3 months and all could not be repaired but Firestone helped us get new tire on our cars!
Great service and advice.
I always get exemplary service at this location. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful.

We have gone to a number of places over the decades we lived in this area. Firestone is one I trust the most.
Really frustrated. I scheduled an appointment with a weeks notice for my car to have an oil change. When I made the appointment online it required that I enter the make and model of my car. I figured with this information they would know what kind of oil change and any other materials they would need. Dropped my car off at ten and was told they didn’t have the appropriate filter for my car and if I could leave my car there all day. An all day oil change is ridiculous. Especially with a weeks notice. I would expect them to plan in advance and have the materials required for the appointments that are booked.
