I called about getting my OBD port fixed and engine light checked on my Dodge HHR so I can pass emissions. They gave very complete answers to my questions and I surrendered my vehicle for repairs. He was always in communication with me every step of the way, including giving quotes, which I cleared with my father who has 45 years of international auto parts and service (owned 2 shops), and also said the quotes on the parts/work were reasonable. I returned the next day to find that my car was not only fixed but actually worked better than before (heat was twice as hot and came on twice as fast and my charge port was working again because as an added bonus they put in fuses that they noticed were missing). It's tough to find a competent shop that won't rip you off and it looks like I found a decent one and they'll get my future business. I'm super pleased with the results and highly recommend this friendly small shop!
Bought a car from here 3 months ago. Just had a tow truck pick it up today and junk it.
