My sister-in-law with special needs went in for an oil change and left with $1800 with of "repairs". She is on disability and doesn't have that kind of money, and never would have agreed to the "repairs" in the first place. I've contacted corporate.

I have had a relatively decent experience with them in the past. I did have one particular salesperson continue to tell me I needed new struts (went for 2nd opinion and I did not need them). He also tried to convince me to replace a headlight that wasn't even out!! We have had two of our daughters use them as well. One went in for her oil change and was told she needed a lot of other "repairs" done, she left, and my husband took her car back in himself and guess what, he wasn't told ANY of the "repairs" needed done. Unfortunately, my youngest daughter went in there today to get her oil changed (she has special needs) and she walked out with close to $1,800 worth of "repairs" to her car. She is on disability due to her special needs and doesn't have $1,800 for "repairs." Our entire family is officially done with Big O Tires at 151st street. If you are a woman, you have been warned.

I came in with a busted tire and they were nice enough to not just help me out but even aired up my spare for me. I couldn't speak highly enough about the guys at this shop. Times have been especially tough for me and even though they didn't know that they really helped me out today. Thanks again to everyone at big o on 151st

Had a flat tire. They were able to get me in and out within a reasonable time while I waited at a fair price.

Got a flat tire before heading to work and was able to pull into Big O Tires an hour before closing. It was unfortunately unfixable, and they put on my spare tire for me. I was shocked when they said there was no charge for their service!! After some quick online researching, I went ahead and just bought a new tire from them and had it installed- all done SUPER quickly right before closing might I add. Ariana at the front desk helped me out a lot and answered all my questions without making me feel pressured to make a purchase from them. Thank you also to the awesome technician (working on 2/16, 6pm on a white Mazda cx50!) for the quality work. This is a well run business with excellent customer service and integrity. I will be giving them my business in the future.
