Everyone there was so wonderful from start to finish. They were always happy to speak to me at any time in the process, they talked me through everything that was happening and kept me updated regularly with texts. I highly recommend them.

The front office staff was great and Ron was incredibly accommodating with my car situation. Would highly recommend this office to others for repairs as they were transparent, timely and provided great customer service. My car was also very clean when I picked it up!

IMy Murano had large scratches on the hood from a bad car wash. I took it to these guys & they did an incredible repair job. Super nice staff & Highly recommended! Good turn around time too!

Guys here are great. Had a problem right after I picked my car up. Talked to Ron and he had me come right back. Found the problem and took care of it. I would recommend Crash Champion's if you ever need a repair from accident!

Mark the new manager of this location of Crash Champions was instrumental in getting my car repair expedited and getting me on the road again. After initial communication problems with a previous employee, Mark took care of everything. His communication style and timeliness was greatly appreciated. It can be a challenge to get parts and coordinate schedules but he kept me informed the entire way and now I have my car back and I am very satisfied.

I was completely honest with them about my abilities and they fired me after a month of working there because as they said my mud work which is exactly what I told them to be honest they are a large scale hack shop they don't care how you get the cars out just that they leave im sorry but I would not suggest this company for car repairs

Horrible experience overall here. First, I was notified by my insurance company that I missed my drop off appointment (I did not) and then they kept my vehicle for over 3 weeks for a basic repair (bumper). Meanwhile I couldn’t get anyone to return my multiple phone calls until they finally called me to tell me that it was done that very day. Very disappointing.
