When I had a flat tire unexpectedly last week -- on a very busy day -- I was able to make my way to my local Big O. This is the best managed big O tire shop I have ever been to. The manager truly cares about his clients and his employees. Well trained front counter, staff to listen well and be respectful.

Highly recommend this store. They provided great customer service. I had a tire that was damaged and they got my vehicle in near closing time and when the tire couldn’t be repaired put on the spare tire. Then ordered a new tire that was delivered the next day and installed the tire very quickly.

Zero stars would would be best for the experience I just had with Scott. When I arrived for my appointment to get a flat tire fixed he wanted me to sign a ticket and I noticed the price was different than what I was told over the phone and that’s when his attitude towards me felt so rude I couldn’t believe it but I thought let’s not argue and just move forward but then I decided to call their tire store competitor (Dis. Tires) one block away to see what they charged and was very surprised to hear that they fix flat tires for no change as a customer service. I told Scott what Dis. Tires told me and he got very defensive. So as I set here at Disc. Tires getting my tire fixed I’m so thankful I did as they got me right in and treated me as any customer would want to be treated… fantastic! Look up my review there for my five star experience with Disc. Tires!

I needed tires ASAP and my son recommended Big O. Within 45 minutes my car was up on the rack. Not only did they have my tires but they were reasonably price, efficient and clean. My car now drives and handles like it was new (2012). Thank you

I scheduled my vehicle maintenance appointment online. It was a very easy process. At my appointment, the employees were very friendly and helpful. They worked quickly and had my car ready for the road in a very reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service from Manager Scott & his team. They made us feel like we were the only client that day. Scott gave us a list of options available and we were able to discuss the hassle free service options that worked within our budget. We are happily riding around on our Michelin Defender tires. The location is an easy walk to Target or a few restaurants so we didn't feel tied to the waiting room. Our lunch took as long as the tire change!

Great price on the “Big O Tire” that I bought. The location is clean and easy to get to. The workers were friendly enough and they were helpful. I really can’t say anything bad about my experience and I can gladly recommend this place to others.

I needed two new tires ASAP! The Staff was very professional to work with! They were very helpful in finding my specific tires I needed and ordered them into the shop within a day. I got my appt scheduled immediately that was accommodating to my schedule. The tire exchange/replacement was done in a timely manner (quicker than expected) and costs were fair!
