Did a fantastic job with the rear gate replacement/repair after my accident! Great attention to detail. Would give 6 starts for the fact that they also vacuumed all the toddler snacks from my backseats under where the car seats usually are!

Worst place ever to bring your car! I had to bring my car back because they missed a few noticeable spots! My back mats were replaced by some Kia car mats and I have a scion! They also registered my entire vehicle when all that needed to be fixed was the outside. They left a belt in my car and the second time I picked up my car they left trash in there and a towel. My car was full of dust from the inside and dirty on the outside! Don’t come to this shop! They will lie to you saying your car is ready and when you get there they will say it’s not! I wasted gas going there a couple times just to find out my car is still not ready! Stay away from this place!

This afternoon Terry, Steve and Ron were spectacular help! I dropped by for an estimate and was in and out in minutes. I had a very minor issue and they fixed it right there in the parking lot at no charge. They warned me ahead of time there is always potential for bigger issues than you can see but that wasn't the case today. I will be back and will continue to sing KC Colors praises in the meantime! I put my trust in them and they delivered in a big way today. Other body shops might have tried to sell me services I did not need, but not KC Colors, they took care of the problem right away. This level of honesty and integrity can be hard to find but it is alive and well at KC Colors. Part my faith in humanity was restored today. Thanks! From 3 years ago--- KC Colors delivers phenomenal customer service. Steve and Terry provided great assistance. If I find myself in need of a body shop in the future, I'm headed here without hesitation!

KC color had excellent communication throughout their seamless process. They always answer their phone and follow up with calls. I dropped it my car and picked it up looking better than when I bought it, everything else was handled by them. Highly recommend
