Everything went well with my appointment time they fixed my flat tire it rotated my tires and also aligned my car while I was there very polite and helpful men

I get my car's oil changes and tire rotation at this Big O. The service is always efficient and well done. I appreciate not getting told that I need brakes, new tires, or whatever which seems to happen at the dealership.

I rolled in 20 minutes before they closed to get my spare tire replaced. They were done with my tire before I could finish apologizing for keeping them open so late. Extremely professional and great service.

Obtained nail in tire at MODOT. Several tire places unavailable and Big O was accommodating. Fixed tire immediately and at low price. The great thing is manager contacted us 2 days later to determine our happiness. This is unheard of

This team is so kind and helpful. They ask questions and offer suggestions. I did not have a good experience at Big O'Tires on 119th and Blue Valley Parkway, and this location took over my warranty without hesitation. I service both of my vehicles here and am very pleased! Thank you!
