I moved in The FLATS 324 in July and so far I have ad a Great experience, people are nice, pool is great!!!! I’m glad I chose this place!!!!

The amenities at The Lodge apartments in Lincoln, Nebraska are non existent... There are 2 pools, one is filled but closed more than it's open and the other one doesn't even have water in it. The office staff said they would both be open 3 weeks ago...Lies!
Your property advertises “two shimmering pools”. One pool isn’t even filled with water and the other pool has been closed a majority of the summer due to “pump issues”. You advertise a tanning bed which does not work. I’ve been told they’re “waiting on an election”- that was 7 MONTHS AGO!!! I pay good money to live here and can’t use any of the amenities!

Mold mice and nothing is fixed. Dogs piss in the halls and on your packages.

If I could give the zero stars I would. Mark D. The property manager is horrible. Was a terrible experience if you can avoid renting from Perry Reid avoid it at all costs. Make sure to take pictures 📸 when moving in, get a checklist and upon moving out do the same. Received false statement stating the carpet needed replacement over $2,000 , lock replacement everything after I already moved out. Shot a video upon leaving the property time stamped. The property manager will enter your apartment without proper notice so,be sure to keep a camera on in your apartment to document that. He was targeting elderly women who lived in the same building. Was my error for not fully being knowledgeable upon renting. So, be advised if you can live other places do so.
