I was contacted by Meghan via Indeed about a position that was available in maintenance for the Kearney, NE location. She said she thought I could be a good fit. I confirmed my interest and have not received a call or contact in over a week. I even messaged, asking if the position had been filled, but still haven't heard back. If a company rep contacts someone gauging their interest, they could at least make some attempt to keep in contact, after I responded. Would not recommend this company after this experience.

poor property management in Wichita, KS. property manager became angry and combative after my move-out. refusal to explain extra charges to my account. refusing to prorate rent and work with me on a payment plan since moving states drained my money. sad because while i lived at the property i really enjoyed it -- the property manager, Angelique L's disgusting and unprofessional behavior after I moved out -- not so much.

Not many options for cat owners
1910 historic lofts in wichita, kansas has a great location and really tall ceilings. There are only a couple issues. Due to the exposed brick not being insulated, expect a high energy bill in both the winter and summer. You constantly have to deal with the homeless going through your trash.

Very appreciative of this company where my wife has previously worked and returned after a number of years being away. We appreciate the flexibility to manage our chaotic life with kids and dependent parents. Fun place to work with a lot of family friendly activities. Great company!

We are in your Westside apartment complex in Cozad Nebraska, we have complained about our upstairs neighbor several times, day time hours everyone makes noise and I’m ok with that but midnight 2am, 4am is getting out of hand I’m unsure if there’s fighting going on up there or what but it sounds as if someone is going to fall through the roof, just about every weekend, I would appreciate it if you could help here, thank you..#103
