All winter we had problems with our heat. When we let them know the first time, they came out and recharged the heater. Then the second time, it was too cold to fix the leak that was in the system. We spent 5 weeks without heat and only got $250 off of our $1,200/month rent. That’s more than a month, whenever it literally got below zero multiple times. It was a solid 53°F in the apartment. They gave us space heaters but 1 couldn’t heat a whole apartment and 2 would blow the breaker. I also work night shift. I get off at 7am, and I immediately have to stay awake because the banging on the walls with no warning whatsoever. They are doing “renovations”. And I also got threatened by one of the other residences because I parked too close to his car even though he double parked. It’s been an overall poor experience.

I have worked with Perry Reid Properties (PRP) for over 10 years and would rate them as one of the top management companies in the US. Everyone in the corporate office to the on-site management teams are a joy to work with. Professional, polite and respectful, PRP may be a management company, but they are more like family to me.
