I’m one of the first residents to move into Summit Ridge in Sioux City and I can’t say enough good things about staff and maintenance . I’ve had some experience with freezing pipes(my apartment was over an open deck for two years)and they were always ready to help with any problems I’ve had. The patio was enclosed this fall but I’ve still had some pipes freezing. Last week when the temperature was way below zero they were down in the deck area replacing ceiling insulation , and there was never any grumbling about working in that cold and nasty job all to make sure my floor in the area above the patio was warmer. And then the staff was called back for frozen and broken pipes over Christmas weekend. Every day this past weekend they were here, away from their family for the Christmas holiday! Sunday the sprinkler system broke in our building and again working all day to suck up the water and then get carpets dry. I cant say enough good about their good attitudes and work ethics to accommodate the unusual circumstances we here at the Summit Ridge community suffered. Good help is hard to find but we have the best!!

I have only worked for Perry Reid Properties for 2 years and I can truly say I wish I would have found them years ago!!! The people are wonderful to work with which is hard to find now days!
