I cannot say how seamless, efficient, and-dare I say-enjoyable working with Jess Hustad was! She helped us buy and sell homes multiple times, and each was a fantastic experience. When buying, Jess helped my partner and I get on the same page and focus our search. She shared with us information that we should consider that wouldn't have come to my mind, and also provided us with space to take in properties and discuss our reactions with one another (without her hovering around). She knowledgeably guided us in presenting offers, countering, and accepting. When selling, she led us in presenting the property (staging, hiring a professional photographer, pricing the listing appropriately, and more). From start to the very finish, she made the buying and selling process as stressless as humanly possible. I always felt in good hands and that I could trust that this lady knows what she is doing. When we were shopping, Jess did a great job of finding homes that fit what we wanted and was very detailed throughout the process. Jess was in constant communication with us as new properties came onto the market. When it came time to sell our home, Jess had a detailed checklist for us to get our home in the right condition to sell and she also brought in a photographer that did a great job. When it was time to review offers she walked us through the entire process and made it very easy. Bryan Trost was amazing. He's knowledgeable on what the market and style trends are in updating our house to sell quickly. Not only that, he gave us a timeline to do things logically and efficiently--the only problem was that we sold all our snow shovels in our garage sale. But not to worry, when Bryan was concerned that our house would look unoccupied and then the days up to and during the selling period, he and his sons even came and shoveled snow off the drive and walks. Bryan thought of everything on our behalf ahead of the need. I can't think of a single thing that he could have done better or more to help us sell our house. He's a man of great integrity too.
