She's a 'bullet-person': extremely organized, super quick to answer, excellent at finding any kind of info & patient (and gracious) about explaining everything to us who were first-time home-buyers. She coached us, nurtured us, went info hunting for us & was still available even when everything was signed, sealed & delivered. We were lucky to have her as our agent.
